Existing Plan: Austin Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan Interim Update (2008)
City staff has worked with the City Council, Planning Commission, and fellow citizens to create the Interim Update. The intent of the update is to do just that - update outdated maps and language in the Austin Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan. The update does not establish new policies. Instead, it includes policies related to comprehensive planning that have been adopted since 1979. The City Council approved the Interim Update on November 6, 2008.
