Get a MEETINGinaBOX
What is a MEETINGinaBOX?
It is an opportunity for you to HELP CREATE A VISION FOR AUSTIN!
The City wants to create a comprehensive plan for the future development of Austin. To make sure that it is a place created by and for all Austinites, the City is asking community members to share their vision for Austin’s future.
The MEETINGinaBOX makes it easy for you to hold a small meeting and participate by sending information about what your group thinks is important back to the city. Just invite 5 - 10 friends, coworkers, neighbors, or other associates, and walk through our Imagine Austin exercise. The MEETINGinaBOX (available below) has everything you need: invitation, script, questions, and directions for returning your meeting's results!

Be sure to review the meeting materials prior to holding your meeting. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Greg Montes (974-2629; Gregory.Montes@ci.austin.tx.us).
