By City Charter, the City Planning Commission is responsible for submitting the Comprehensive Plan to City Council. Imagine Austin is currently scheduled to begin the adoption process with Planning Commission's review in early 2012. Information on Planning Commission members and meetings is available here.

Comprehensive Planning Committee of the Austin Planning Commission

This committee usually meets the second Monday of each month at City Hall to discuss and take action on Comprehensive Plan issues. Please check the City Home page calendar to confirm meeting times.
